We kick off at the Reflection Pond at the Gonzales Memorial Museum, standing at the very spot where the famous “Come and Take It” cannon sparked the fight for Texas freedom. From there, we’ll ruck 75 miles non-stop to the Alamo, retracing the path of men who knew they were marching into certain death-and did it anyway.
This isn’t about crossing a finish line-it’s about honoring those who came before us, embracing discomfort, and pushing your limits farther than you thought possible. The real test comes when the miles stretch long, your body wants to quit, and you choose instead to set aside your own struggle to be an example for others. That’s where brotherhood is built, where real leadership is forged, and where you find out exactly what you’re made of.
At the finish, there’s no podium-just a moment of shared victory, standing shoulder to shoulder with the tribe you suffered with. Together, we lay down the weight, look back at the miles behind us, and walk away stronger, sharper, and changed.
It’s a night of reckoning. A trial by miles that will test you, bond you, and leave you different than when you started.
This endurance challenge unfolds against the stunning backdrop of the Texas Hill Country. Following the legendary Willow City Loop, the route winds through rolling hills, rugged pink granite formations, deep canyons, and wide-open fields shaded by live oaks, pecans, and mesquites. Timed during peak wildflower season, it’s one of the most breathtaking stretches of road in the state.
But don’t let the scenery fool you—this road is unforgiving.
No Support. No Shortcuts. No Excuses.
This is a self-supported ruck. No checkpoints. No water stations. No easy outs. You carry everything you need on your back—just like the outlaws and warriors who came before you.
The beauty won’t carry you to the finish—grit will. With the Texas sun on your face and the weight digging into your shoulders, you’ll find out real quick what you’re made of.
Mandatory Additional Ruck Weight: 20# Men, 10# Women (not including your gear or supplies)
No Support Stations. Carry everything you will need in your ruck. You are responsible for your water and nutrition.
Challenge Mediocrity. Embrace Difficulty. Harness the Power of Teamwork.
